Two business-focused legal teams join forces for greater Impact
Impact Lawyers is delighted and excited to share the news that we have agreed terms to acquire The Legal Partners, a respected law firm specialising in business law, employment law and dispute resolution, based in Richmond, London.
Impact Lawyers is a fast-growing legal and business services firm redefining how advice is delivered to business owners and SMEs in a highly commercial, practical and human way. We started in 2024 and we have grown rapidly.
For over 22 years, The Legal Partners has advised SMEs, business owners and HR specialists, providing commercially fluent, accessible and tailored legal advice, developing an excellent track record of taking care of business for its clients.
Bringing the two teams together combines shared values, complementary expertise and a commitment to practical, accessible and human-centred advice.

Business as usual
Completion remains subject to SRA regulatory approval, a process we expect to take some time.
For The Legal Partners team and clients, it will very much be business as usual and we look forward to continuing the close relationships and personal approach the firm is known for, as we begin to work more closely together.

The Impact Lawyers team can now offer a greater breadth of services to clients, including dispute resolution and representation at Employment Tribunals and in the County and High Courts.
