Impact is built on the belief that businesses and professionals can create meaningful change through collaboration, inclusion, sustainability and community engagement.

Legal Consultant Collective

At Impact, we believe in the power of collaboration and community. That’s why we created the Legal Consultant Collective—a free, inclusive space for independent legal consultants. The community is designed to support legal consultants avoid isolation, share ideas, learn from each other, and connect with potential collaborators or referral partners. Whether or not you are a consultant with Impact, you are welcome to join and engage in meaningful conversations in a supportive environment.

Diversity X

Kevin Withane founded Diversity X, a community for overlooked underestimated founders® and an angel syndicate with a mission to support underestimated founders® who have the potential to make a significant impact in their respective industries. Impact is a sponsor of many of the programs that Diversity X runs to support underestimated founders.

Circular Economy Innovation and Sustainability Champion

Victoria Hall is recognised as a Circular Economy Innovation Champion, highlighting our commitment to sustainable development. Kevin Withane is well known as a champion for sustainability and DEI. He regularly speaks on the subjects, advises clients in relation to sustainability, ESG and DEI, and invests in climate tech.

Burnout Prevention

We offer support and coaching for legal professionals who are experiencing or think they may be getting close to burnout. Our working arrangements at Impact also ensure that consultants have the freedom to choose the working pattern that suits their life needs so they can be happy, healthy and productive for their families and their work.

Voluntary Work

We undertake voluntary and ambassador roles for charities and not for profit organisations including the charity Mind, Green Willow Funerals, Bigmoose, Pave The Way, Cleaner & Greener, UnderOne, CARE (Council on Alcohol and Other Drugs) and more.

Fundraising

Victoria Hall recently ran 52 half marathons in 52 weeks, raising over £7,000 for charity.
