On Friday 2 October 2026, at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff, Impact Lawyers Ltd was named Welsh Law Awards Champion 2026 and winner of Employment Law Services of the Year at the eighth annual Welsh Law Awards.
It was a special evening for our team.
For a firm that is still young, this recognition means a great deal. Not as proof of arrival. As encouragement.
The ceremony was hosted by broadcaster Sara Edwards and judged independently.
We would like to say well done to all the Finalists, Winners and Silver Awards for their achievements.
Recognition for the way we work
Impact Lawyers was founded to do legal and business services differently.
That intention came early. Before the branding. Before the website. Before many of the practical details. The idea was simple: build something more collaborative, more commercial and more human.
That still guides us now.
Winning Employment Law Services of the Year is especially meaningful because this is work that sits close to the day-to-day reality of our clients. Employment issues are rarely only legal issues. They affect culture, leadership, momentum and people. Our role is to help businesses navigate those moments with clear advice and practical support.

The Welsh Law Awards bring together firms and professionals from across Wales, and we were proud to be part of that room.
