Eric is a dispute resolution lawyer qualified in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and England & Wales, specialising in multi-jurisdictional litigation, cross border enforcement and international arbitration.
Having previously practiced at three international law firms, he now serves as a partner of Impact. He advises Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs), international banks, multinational corporations (MNCs), and private equity (PE) funds on cross-border disputes governed by English, Hong Kong, Chinese, and Singaporean law. Eric is listed as an arbitrator at the AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre and as a mediator at the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber. A native Mandarin speaker, he is also fluent in English and Cantonese.
