A chartered member of the CIPD, Pam is a senior international HR professional with over 25 years’ experience designing and implementing people strategies within organisations across a breadth of sectors, including engineering, information services, telecommunications and banking.

Pam is an accredited and highly sought workplace investigator, bringing a reputation for independence, integrity, and a forensic approach to resolving complex, ambiguous and very high risk employee relations cases.

Pam is also accredited in understanding autism and has significant experience in handling cases involving neurodivergent individuals. This expertise deepens her insight into diverse workplace needs and strengthens her ability to lead fair and inclusive investigations.
