Rohit is a strategic advisor with over 25 years’ experience across investment banking, fintech, corporate transformation, and independent advisory work.

He has advised founders, senior leadership teams, and boards of growth-stage and established businesses, supporting them through periods of complexity, change, and scale. His work spans strategic clarity, operating model design, leadership alignment, and performance improvement, with a particular focus on helping businesses navigate the transition from founder-led growth to more structured, scalable operations.

Earlier in his career, Rohit held senior roles in global investment banking, including at Nomura and UBS, where he worked across technology, operations, and business management within complex, regulated, multi-jurisdictional environments. He also brings hands-on experience as a fintech co-founder and COO, having helped build and scale a regulated platform business through rapid growth.

In addition to his advisory work, Rohit has extensive boardroom and operational experience, including P&L responsibility, governance, client delivery, business development, and execution across a range of sectors.

He is known for his pragmatic, commercially grounded approach, working closely with leadership teams to cut through complexity, strengthen decision-making, and build operating models that support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
