Consultant Senior HR (Community and Wellbeing)

Sasi is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 25 years’ experience as a senior HR professional, largely within the public sector. She is Level 7 CIPD qualified and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.

Sasi’s work is driven by a strong belief in fairness, dignity and belonging at work. As a qualified coach, speaker and facilitator, she is passionate about creating environments where people feel seen, supported and able to thrive. Her practice centres on wellbeing, community, and diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging, with a particular focus on translating values into meaningful, day to day action.
