Impact Lawyers marks first year in business with double award win and rapid growth
Impact Lawyers is celebrating its first year in business with a double award win, rapid growth and a client base that has already exceeded its original three-year plan.
Launched in May 2025 by Victoria Hall and Kevin Withane, Impact Lawyers has grown from a two-person start-up into a global network of legal, HR, leadership, commercial and business consultants.
In its first year, the business has supported more than 250 clients, bringing together specialist expertise to provide practical, people-focused support for organisations and individuals.
A business built around purpose
For Victoria and Kevin, Impact Lawyers was never intended to be a traditional legal services business. From the outset, the aim was to create something more collaborative, more human and more closely aligned with the values they wanted to see in professional services.
Victoria said: “When Kevin and I launched Impact Lawyers, we wanted to build something very different from the legal environments I had experienced before. I reached a point where I had lost my sense of purpose and was no longer working in a way that aligned with my values. I knew I either had to leave the profession I had worked so hard to be part of, or build something I could be proud of.
“That decision led to Impact Lawyers. Our vision is ‘for you, with you’, and we have worked hard to embed that in both our client model and our internal culture. We wanted to create a people-first business where how we work matters just as much as what we deliver.”
Exceeding the original three-year plan
The pace of growth has been significant. What began as a partnership between two founders has developed into an international network of consultants working across legal, HR, leadership, commercial and wider business advisory services.
That growth has allowed Impact Lawyers to support clients in a more rounded way, combining legal expertise with practical commercial insight and a clear understanding of the people challenges faced by modern organisations.
Reaching more than 250 clients in year one marks a major milestone for the business, particularly as the growth achieved has already surpassed the ambitions originally set out for the first three years.
Recognition through a double award win
The first anniversary celebrations have been made even more special by a double award win, recognising both the progress made by the business and the values-led approach behind its growth.
For the Impact Lawyers team, the awards are not simply a marker of success. They are recognition of a first year built on collaboration, trust, hard work and a shared belief that professional services can be delivered differently.
