Impact Lawyers has been named a finalist in the 2026 Allica Bank Great British Entrepreneur Awards, having been shortlisted in the Start-Up Entrepreneur of the Year category.
Often described as the "Grammys of Entrepreneurship", the awards celebrate the founders behind some of the UK's most ambitious and successful businesses.
For Co-Founders Victoria Hall and Kevin Withane, the recognition is particularly meaningful as it celebrates not only the growth of Impact Lawyers, but also the entrepreneurial journey behind building the business.
Since launching in May 2025, Impact Lawyers has grown from a two-person start-up into a multidisciplinary network of senior consultants, supporting more than 250 clients while exceeding its original three-year business plan within its very first year.
Built with a clear vision
Victoria and Kevin founded Impact Lawyers with a simple ambition: to create a different kind of legal and business services firm.
Built around the principle of "For You, With You", Impact was designed to provide founders, SMEs and growing businesses with joined-up support across legal, employment, HR, leadership, commercial and wider business services.
The firm's rapid growth has been driven by referrals, trusted partnerships and long-term client relationships, while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration, integrity and practical advice.
Victoria and Kevin would like to thank everyone who has supported Impact Lawyers on its journey. Every client, partner, supporter and introduction has played a part in helping the business reach this milestone.
