Predominately we respond subconsciously

Thrive or survive?

Most of our emotional responses to life are framed by around the age of 7 and we will respond subconsciously to what is going on around us.

This has been shown to be a high as 90%, making the premise that we are thought driven human beings even more redundant as a concept to understand human behaviour. We need to slow down in order to assess our responses to life in order to give ourselves a chance of being able to understand the why.

About the author...

Victoria believes that the problems we face today are inseparable from who we are and the decisions that our brain makes for us without us even realising. Victoria works with her clients to help them understand themselves and the different behaviours that result from their brain and body intelligence systems. She advocates moving away from what you know to who you are as a person.
