Hot on the heels of winning the Institute of Directors Wales Start-Up Director of the Year Award, Victoria Hall has now been recognised nationally by winning the prestigious WeAreCity Rising Star Award 2026 in the Entrepreneur and Start-Ups category.
The award celebrates exceptional entrepreneurial leadership and recognises Victoria's vision in building a business founded on expertise, collaboration and human values.
The award recognises Victoria's work as Co-Founder of Impact Legal and Business Services, a legal and business consultancy created to support growing organisations in a more collaborative, commercially grounded and people-focused way.
Since launching publicly in May 2025, Impact has exceeded its original three-year business plan within its first calendar year, growing through referrals, trusted partnerships and repeat client relationships. The business now supports more than 250 clients and has developed a multidisciplinary consultant network across the UK and internationally.
Recognition for a different way of doing business
Impact was founded with the ambition of delivering legal and business consultancy differently — combining commercial expertise with a genuinely human approach that puts relationships, collaboration and practical advice at the heart of every client engagement.
The WeAreCity Rising Star Award recognises not only impressive business growth but also leadership that inspires others and creates positive change within the professional services sector.
Victoria Hall said:
"Winning this award means a great deal to me. It is recognition not only of the growth we have achieved, but of the way we have achieved it. When we founded Impact, we wanted to prove that professional services could be high-performing, commercially strong and genuinely human. This award is a reminder that success and humanity can be built together."
Leading with purpose
Victoria hopes the award will encourage others to pursue leadership that is authentic, values-driven and centred around people.
She added:
"I hope this recognition encourages others to lead with courage, integrity and self-awareness, and to believe that it is never too late to build something aligned with your values."
Everyone at Impact Legal and Business Services congratulates Victoria on this fantastic achievement. The award reflects not only her leadership but also the collective commitment of the entire team to delivering commercially focused advice with empathy, integrity and excellence.
