Clive is an established business and leadership coach, with extensive experience in corporate businesses, including roles as CEO and COO of major companies.

Since 2005 his interest has turned to neuroscience which he sees as offering an exceptional insight and fresh perspective on human behaviour, a subject about which he speaks at conferences across the world. His areas of specialist expertise are leadership and engagement, strategy development, culture change and team and individual performance across all sizes of organisations, from major global corporations to small entrepreneurial businesses. He has also coached in professional sport, public services and charities. He sees his role as challenging people’s thinking and backing this with science so that we can prepare ourselves for the inevitable and major challenges that lie ahead.

Apart from being a founding partner of the Make Sense coaching business, Clive is also Head of Neuroscience at the Happiness Index, a company offering an employee happiness and engagement platform operating on a global scale.

He is the author of The Nero Edge and The Quantum Way.
